Gram-scale bottom-up flash graphene synthesis

James Tour, the T.T. and W.F. Chao Chair in Chemistry and a professor of computer science and of materials science and nanoengineering, authored an article about his pioneering research on developing flash graphene from any carbon source. Lead author and graduate student Duy Luong is quoted. This research is also featured in a news roundup from Science Friday.
